On June 25th and August 20th starting at 5:30pm join professional forager and author Shawn Dawson for our first-ever guided foraging tour around the grounds of Fork Restaurant, including Tinker’s Point Trail and Mobile Beach. As you explore, Shawn will share his vast knowledge of local wild ingredients and how to responsibly harvest them.
We encourage you to be curious and interactive—ask questions, take notes, and fully immerse yourself in the experience of identifying and collecting wild foods. Whether you're a seasoned forager or a first-timer, there’s something new to learn and taste.
Following the tour, gather for a multi-course, family-style dinner prepared by chefs Kyle Puddester and Kayla O’Brien, featuring the day’s foraged finds.
Please dress appropriately, as Newfoundland weather can be unpredictable. Comfortable walking shoes and layers are recommended.
Tickets are non refundable but transferable.
